"Called these guys for a second opinion after another repair shop declared my heater too old to be worth repairing (admittedly the heater is over 20 years old).. Richard took the time to actually look at the problem (short cycling) and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning thermostat in the house. Not a heater problem at all.
